        芒果菠蘿為著(zhù)名熱帶水果,因其果肉細膩,風(fēng)味獨特,深受人們喜愛(ài),所以素有“熱帶果王”之譽(yù)稱(chēng)。上海本優(yōu)機械有限公司的芒果菠蘿加工整廠(chǎng)設備是將新鮮芒果菠蘿經(jīng)過(guò)清洗、去皮去核、打漿、破碎、榨汁、酶解、膜過(guò)濾、濃縮、殺菌、灌裝等過(guò)程,將新鮮的芒果菠蘿加工成清汁濁汁,并包裝在屋頂包、利樂(lè )包、無(wú)菌袋、無(wú)菌大桶等多種容器中,實(shí)現其冷鏈或者常溫銷(xiāo)售的目的。


        Mango pineapple is a famous tropical fruit. Because of its delicate flesh and unique flavor, it is deeply loved by people, so it is known as the "king of tropical fruits". The equipment of mango pineapple processing plant is to process fresh mango and pineapple into clear juice and turbid juice after cleaning, peeling and coring, beating, crushing, juicing, enzymolysis, membrane filtration, concentration, sterilization, filling and other processes, and then pack the fresh mango pineapple into clear juice turbid juice, and pack it in various containers such as roof bag, Tetra Pak, non bacteria bag, sterile barrel, etc., so as to achieve the purpose of cold chain or normal temperature sales.

5、可實(shí)現生產(chǎn)過(guò)程全程PLC控制,節省勞動(dòng)力且便于生產(chǎn)管理。

6、低溫真空濃縮,最大限度保留風(fēng)味物質(zhì)與營(yíng)養素,并節約能源。

7、無(wú)菌型管式殺菌與無(wú)菌大桶灌裝,生產(chǎn)出高品質(zhì)的無(wú)菌果汁產(chǎn)品。aseptic tube sterilization and aseptic barrel filling can produce high quality aseptic juice products.

8、全自動(dòng)CIP清洗,保證整線(xiàn)設備的食品衛生安全要求。
